Heather Parris: Secretary

As secretary of the VVCC, it is my duty to attend all board meetings. I take notes of what has been said, moved and voted on at each meeting. I occasionally give my opinions on various subjects. I write the meeting minutes from the notes and email them to all board members in a timely fashion. I keep all the signed waiver forms from the Friday/Saturday sanctioned rides, in case we ever have need to reference them. I consider myself a cheerleader for the VVCC. I thoroughly enjoy the rides I go on every week and the other people I ride with. I sing the praises of our organization to any and all who will listen. I am also on the Events committee where I assist in creating events that benefit the VVCC and bring awareness to who we are and what we do in the community.
