Red Rock Bike Patrol Has Record Volunteer Year

3,346 volunteer hours logged in the most recent Federal Fiscal Year (October 1, 2016 – September 30, 2017). An increase of 17% over the previous fiscal year.

According to the Independent Sector, volunteer time in 2016 is valued at $23.57/hour in Arizona making the 21 member Red Rock Bike Patrol’s FY17 contribution valued at $78,865.22.


The Red Rock Bike Patrol is a non-enforcement volunteer group whose mission is to assist, educate and inform all trail users in the Red Rock Ranger District of the Coconino National Forest. Learn more by clicking here
